Job Description
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales/relationship executives targeting SME clients.
Set team targets and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and building a strong client base.
Guide and coach team members in client handling, solution selling, and objection handling.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and performance improvement plans.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and present results to management.
Ensure excellent client service and relationship management.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and SME needs.

MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3–4 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or SME client management.
At least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of the SME sector and local market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
