Job Description
Design and implement academic programs aligned with American and British curricula, ensuring they reflect the school’s vision and meet the developmental needs of students from KG2 to Grade 12.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of faculty, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth based on international education standards.
Ensure the application of academic policies and procedures complies with accreditation requirements and educational best practices.
Collaborate with department heads to develop and review curriculum maps and instructional plans based on Common Core, NGSS, and the British National Curriculum.
Analyze student performance data to identify strengths and gaps, and implement targeted academic interventions to improve outcomes.
Manage academic budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support instruction, enrichment programs, and co-curricular activities.
Act as a liaison between school leadership, faculty, students, and parents to ensure transparent communication and timely resolution of academic concerns.
Launch and support initiatives that enhance student engagement, well-being, and retention within a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Lead regular evaluations of academic programs, using feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the school in academic conferences, accreditation visits, and professional networks to showcase achievements and maintain educational excellence.

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field, preferably with a focus on K–12 settings and international curricula (American or British).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in K–12 academic management, preferably within international or bilingual schools.
Proven expertise in curriculum design and implementation based on Common Core, NGSS, or British National Curriculum standards.
In-depth knowledge of accreditation frameworks such as Cognia (AdvancED), BSO, or other relevant K–12 school accreditation bodies.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to guide and support teachers across grade levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in educational data analysis, student performance tracking tools, and integration of digital learning platforms in classroom instruction.
