Job Description
General Accounting & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the plant’s operational activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing operational budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual expenditures against budgeted figures, identifying variances and trends.
Work closely with the O&M team to support financial planning and cost control initiatives.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process vendor invoices, ensure proper authorization, and manage payment cycles.
Track receivables from offtakers, utility companies, or government entities (as applicable).
Maintain aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Support implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
Contract & Procurement Support:
Review financial terms in O&M contracts, service agreements, and procurement orders.
Track and manage contract-related payments, retentions, and performance guarantees.
Cost Control & Efficiency:
Analyze O&M costs including chemicals, energy, spare parts, labor, and maintenance.
Support plant management with cost optimization strategies.
ERP and Financial Systems:
Maintain and update financial records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Generate financial reports and dashboards as required by management.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Commerce(Commerce)
Any
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
– Minimum of 2 years experience
– Saudi National Only
