Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist II, HRIS Reports to, Section Head, HR Information System located in Riyadh.
Job purpose:
Supports the business in relation to technical/systems information
Role responsibilities:
Assists in drafting any required procedural or work instruction documentation
Provides systems administration and monitors day to day systems operation for the HRIS.
May support routine test scenarios and train users on the HRIS
Works closely with HRIS team members and other teams to ensure the HRIS data accuracy
Creates and distributes reports to support HR operations
Supports in maintaining consistency and integrity of the HRIS through oversight and routine problem resolution.
Maintains strict confidentiality of employee information
Qualification and Requirements:
3 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable
Skills:
HR Legal and Regulatory Environment.
HR Systems Application.
Managing and Improving Business Processes.
Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting.
HR: Policies, Standards and Procedure.
Information Security Management
Learning Management System.
