Architectural Draftsman

Job Description

Prepare architectural drawings using Revit in accordance with BIM standards

Develop plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings for residential projects

Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines (Structural, MEP)

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements

Support the design team during concept and development stages

Update drawings and models based on comments and revisions

Organize and manage project files following BIM and office standards

Indian, Pakistani, Filipino

Diploma(Architecture), Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Master of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory) Good understanding of BIM workflows and coordination Experience in architectural drafting and detailing Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience in residential or mixed-use projects is preferred Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
