Job Description
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Artisanal Sandwiches Chef in 5-star hotels, gourmet cafés, bakery or specialty kitchens.
· Expertise in creating premium sandwiches, paninis, and artisanal breads with innovative fillings.
· Strong knowledge of ingredient pairing, presentation, and contemporary food trends.
· Ability to develop creative menus while ensuring consistency and portion control.
· Skilled in mise en place, inventory, and minimizing waste.
· Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
