About the Role:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to work under the leadership team for high-end interior fitout and joinery execution projects across hospitality and residential developments. The ideal candidate has experience in managing complex project timelines, teams, execution crew, and client expectations while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Project Manager in end-to-end project execution of large-scale interior fit-outs and joinery installation.

– Coordinate with production team, assist with on-site operations, subcontractors, engineers, and installation crew.

– Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contract terms.

– Oversee site coordination, installation schedules, and work quality.

– Prepare presentations for regular progress reviews, prepare project reports, and maintain updated documentation.

– Assist activities related to contract administration, including scope alignment, change orders, and claims handling.

– Prepare documentation related to billing and client communication through proper quantity measurements and certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil), Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

– 10–12 years of experience in project management within interior fit-outs and joinery.

– Proven ability to manage multiple large projects from pre-construction to handover.

– Deep understanding of site logistics, civil/interior coordination, and project billing.

– Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
