Job Summary:

The Assistant QMS Auditor supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, trading activities, and project execution. This role assists in auditing processes to ensure compliance with Legal, ISO standards, customer, and internal requirements. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify non-conformities and drive process enhancements

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audits & Compliance

Assist in planning and conducting internal / site audits.
Evaluate process compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
Prepare and maintain audit checklists, collect data, and document audit findings.
Support in drafting audit reports and tracking the implementation of corrective action.
Documentation & Records Management

Ensure all QMS documentation (procedures, forms, records) is current, controlled, and accessible.
Assist in the preparation and review of policies, procedures and other relevant information related to trading, construction, and project management.
Maintain audit logs, NCRs, and compliance reports.
Quality Support Functions

Coordinate with production and project teams to monitor quality KPIs and non-conformances.
Support supplier audits or evaluations and other 3rd Party audits when required.
Participate in quality reviews and improvement initiatives.
Training & Awareness

Assist in organizing QMS training sessions for new employees and refresher programs.
Promote awareness of quality standards and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Business Management, and Internal Audit
Experience: 3-5 years in quality assurance, internal auditing, or compliance within a manufacturing, trading, or project-based environment.
Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of ISO standards and their application in operational settings and have a basic knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and project execution processes.
Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of working across departments and with cross-functional teams; and possesses a valid driver’s license.
