Assistant Technical Manager – Attractions / Theme Park Maintenance

Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Technical Manager in overseeing maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of rides and attraction devices within the complex. Ensure compliance with international standards and support installation, inspection, and certification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical performance of rides and attractions.
Coordinate with ride manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams to meet operational goals.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning as per EN13814 / ASTM F24 standards.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, documentation, and certification requirements.
Manage spare parts, maintenance schedules, and manpower resources.
Assist in budgeting (OPEX & CAPEX) and technical assessments during pre-opening and operation phases.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in theme park / amusement park / FEC maintenance.
Knowledge of ride systems, automation, and safety certification (TÜV, SASO).
Strong leadership and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
