Job Description

Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and new market segments within the LGS modular building industry.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and prospective customers.
Client Engagement:
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand their needs and promote customized modular solutions.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare detailed project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates tailored to client requirements.
Follow up on proposals and drive them toward successful closure.
Project Coordination Support:
Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless handover and execution of awarded projects.
Strategic Support:
Contribute to the development and execution of the BD strategy for the LGS division.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market developments to support decision-making.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on pipeline status, client feedback, and performance metrics.
