Job Title: Aviation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Aviation Engineer B1 & B2, or B1 only to join our aerospace engineering team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid EASA license Boeing 747-800 Level 3 and Airbus A350 aircraft. This role involves overseeing the design, development, certification, and ongoing airworthiness of aircraft systems and structures while ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and certify maintenance, repair, and modification tasks on B747-8 and A350 aircraft in accordance with EASA Part-145 and Part-66 regulations.
Support engineering projects related to airframe systems, avionics, propulsion, and structural integrity.
Analyze aircraft performance and operational data to recommend and implement engineering solutions.
Participate in inspections, fault diagnosis, and rectification activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, design, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with safety and airworthiness requirements, OEM guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, work packages, and compliance reports.
Support the continuous airworthiness and reliability of the assigned aircraft fleet.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering and technical issues.
Provide on-site engineering support during aircraft checks or modifications.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid EASA license
B1 & B2, or B1
Boeing 747-800- Level 3
Airbus A350

Proven experience working on the above aircraft types in a certifying or engineering capacity.
Note: Candidates holding certifications for additional aircraft types will be given preference, as this is considered an added value to our operations.

Qualifications:

Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3–7 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance or engineering.
Solid knowledge of aircraft systems, airworthiness regulations, and certification processes.
Proficiency in aviation maintenance software, engineering analysis tools, and CAD programs.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in both line and base maintenance environments.
Familiarity with SMS (Safety Management Systems) and continuing airworthiness management (CAMO).
Knowledge of MRO operations and quality assurance standards (e.g., EASA Part-145, ISO).

Work Environment:

Mixture of office, hangar, and aircraft ramp environments.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight operational timelines.

Salary Range:

(inclusive of all benefits).
The final offer is subject to increase depending on the aircraft and engine types the engineer is certified to handle.
