BIM Coordinator

Job Description

Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP models.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate BIM implementation and adherence to project requirements.
Generate and update shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built models.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project specifications.
Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to project teams.
Assist in 4D/5D BIM integration (scheduling and cost estimation) where applicable.
Train and support team members in BIM best practices and software usage.
Review and validate models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

Any Nationality

Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)

Any

Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator (preferably in MEP coordination).
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Collaboration tools.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration in BIM.
Familiarity with ISO 19650, COBie, and BIM execution plans (BEP).
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
Excellent problem-solving skills for clash resolution and design optimization.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
