BIM Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and standards across all project phases.

· Coordinate with design, engineering to integrate BIM methodologies.

· Manage and review 3D models for design validation, clash detection, and constructability.

· Provide technical support, training, and leadership to BIM coordinators and modelers.

· Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and client requirements.

· Lead coordination meetings and manage BIM documentation, version control, and data exchange.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Master of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Any

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field.

· Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM Manager roles

· Must have experience on Revit, Naviswork, Smart Plan 3D,(SP3D), Auto PLANT, Aveva E3D, and BIM 360 and related software.

· Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and other BIM international standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
