Job Description

Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
Perform routine inspections of boilers, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Adjust boiler controls to regulate steam pressure, temperature, and fuel supply.
Record operational data such as pressure readings, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
Identify equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on boiler equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or system upgrades.
Respond to system alarms, emergencies, and unexpected shutdowns.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the boiler room and mechanical areas.
Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Nepali, Pakistani

Secondary School, Intermediate School, Diploma

Male

Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Boiler Operator, Boiler Technician, or in industrial plant operations.
Valid boiler operation license or certification (where required by local regulations).
Strong understanding of steam systems, combustion principles, and boiler safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work in heat-exposed industrial environments.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call when required.
