Building Supervisor
Job Description
Oversee and maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
Manage and supervise maintenance staff and contractors ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
Managing the construction workforce, assigning tasks and ensuring work is performed according to specifications and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards, mitigating potential liabilities.
Manage and monitor energy consumption, implementing strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety meetings and ensuring all workers adhere to safety procedures
Coordinating the delivery of materials, managing equipment, and ensuring that resources are used efficiently
Addressing any problems that arise during the construction process, such as delays, material shortages, or safety concerns

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Male
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience as building supervisor in medium/large scale oil & gas, petrochemical industry.
Saudi Aramco project experience with SAP reference transmittal and CBT passed document.
Technical knowledge of engineering codes and building standards in substation, instrument shelter, workshop, laboratory, operator shelter, jetty, control building
Extensive experience in tile, painting, waterproofing, partition, suspended ceiling, raised access floor, glass/aluminum door and windows, blast resistant door and window.
Demonstrates proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation systems, highlighting technical expertise.
Ability to work in diverse teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders on projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey findings clearly and effectively.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent written and spoken English communication skill
