Job Description
Work closely with business units to gather, understand, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Conduct feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Assist in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure traceability of requirements.
Support change management and user training efforts.
Prepare detailed business analysis reports, charts, and dashboards as needed.
Stay updated on regulatory, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within KSA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Min 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of business process modeling, documentation, and requirements gathering.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, MS Project, and SQL is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
Excellent communication (English required)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives or local regulatory frameworks is a plus.
