Business Development Engineer (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Engineer to drive strategic growth in the oil & gas manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of proven expertise in identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting technical sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas manufacturing.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPCs, operators, and OEMs.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor technical solutions.

• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

• Analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in business development within the oil & gas manufacturing sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
