Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our manpower division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the GCC market, with strong industry connections and the ability to identify opportunities, secure new clients, and develop lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower division across various sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry contacts.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of manpower.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the complete business development process.
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in both UAE and Saudi markets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Nationality
Bachelor of Business Administration, Any Graduation
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3–5 years GCC-based experience in the manpower division, recruitment, or staffing services (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of GCC labor laws, visa processes, and manpower categories.
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
