Job Description

Achieve regional volume, sales and gross margin targets

Point of contact to manage relationships with customers in the territory, with focus on designated Key Accounts, including oversight of O2C, management of respective NPD pipelines, and overall joint business planning

Build and share relevant market knowledge (market trends, competition, industry players) and RPC product knowledge with customers and RPC support team to generate new growth opportunities.

Together with Rich India Sales/ Marketing/ Technical resources, assess new products and concepts for market suitability.

Work with RPC Associates in target sourcing countries and India Finance team to build business cases to justify introduction of new products in the region

Ensure effecting marketing programs are developed in collaboration with distributor partners and customers by market.

Build and maintain industry relationships across the region focused on ISB and FS Chains, and potential distributors /wholesaler partners.

Support build-out of our regional digital infrastructure and utilization of relevant tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Any Graduation, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt

Male

•Min 5 years’ experience in Middle East food service industry, min 3 years managing distributors and Key Accounts, preferably with experience in UAE and KSA.
•Front-Line Sales, sales strategies, prospecting and account management experience
•Planning and executing Sales targets, adapting and complying with AME Region’s various local legal and administrative requirements, experience managing and working with partners and distributors.
•Experience in NPD processes & bringing a product to market.
•Strong commercial background with P&L understanding
•Experience with Saudi and UAE import regulations preferred.
•4-year degree, MBA preferred
