Job Description

To identify, develop, and drive strategic business opportunities that support the growth of Electrical Supplies and Products – Switches & sockets, Panel Boards, and Lightings – in local and regional markets. This role focuses on expanding client relationships, penetrating new market segments, and increasing revenue through proactive business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company’s presence in the electrical products sector (B2B, government projects, retail, etc.).
• Identify and approach new clients, partnerships, and distribution channels in Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
• Explore new business lines, product segments, and project opportunities aligned with market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Prepare commercial proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor competitors, industry developments, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide detailed reports and forecasts on pipeline, opportunities, and performance KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian, Pakistani, Any Nationality

Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Any Graduation, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
• Proven success in expanding market presence and developing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi and GCC market landscape and project environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools.
