Job Description

Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for establishing and expanding Royal Advance’s presence in the KSA market. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, driving bidding activities, and ensuring the company’s growth in alignment with KSA strategic objectives.

Market Development & Strategy

Develop and implement Royal Advance’s business development strategy in the KSA market.
Identify new opportunities across construction, infrastructure, electro-mechanical, and facilities segments.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: government entities, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Represent Royal Advance in client meetings, presentations, pre-qualifications, and industry events.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
Bidding & Commercial Support

Lead the tendering and bidding process in coordination with Estimation, QS, and Project teams.
Review RFQs, RFPs, and pre-qualification documentation for compliance.
Prepare commercial proposals, capability statements, and business cases.
Support pricing strategies in alignment with the KSA market and company objectives.
Performance & Reporting

Track and report BD performance metrics, proposal status, and conversion rates.
Prepare monthly BD dashboards and market intelligence reports for management.
Ensure all BD activities comply with KSA regulations and Royal Advance policies.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 7–10 years of business development experience in construction/MEP in KSA.
Strong understanding of KSA regulatory environment, market dynamics, and tendering procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of securing projects and expanding market presence in KSA.
