Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the KSA market, with a focus on construction, infrastructure, and electromechanical projects. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities, monitoring tender announcements and pre-qualification opportunities, and leading the full business development cycle from market research and competitor analysis to proposal submission and project award. He will manage client visits, presentations, and negotiations, coordinate with estimation, commercial, and technical teams for tender requirements and pricing, and maintain an updated sales pipeline with weekly and monthly business development reports. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in business development for contracting/MEP companies in KSA, strong networking ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of KSA market dynamics, tendering procedures, and commercial terms.
