We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our suite of professional services. This role is ideal for ambitious Saudi female professional with a passion for networking, relationship-building, and strategic growth.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in the accounting, tax, and consultancy sectors.
Client Engagement:Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored service solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Marketing & Outreach:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:Assist in developing and executing business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and market feedback.
Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for service development and positioning.

Bachelor of Business Administration
Female
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in professional services).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
