Market Penetration: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to identify and target key accounts and new market opportunities within the industrial sector in the Eastern Province and across Saudi Arabia.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively generate qualified leads through direct outreach, industry networking, trade shows, and strategic partnerships.

Full-Sales Cycle Management: Own the sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation and closing high-value contracts.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, technical managers, and executives.

Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research to understand competitive landscapes, customer needs, and regulatory trends, providing insights to shape our product and market strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure a seamless client experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to be a pioneer in our expansion into the Saudi market. Based in the industrial hub of Al Jubayl, you will be instrumental in establishing I-sense as the leading predictive maintenance solution for key industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Water, and Power. You will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, build a robust client portfolio, and drive significant revenue growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record (3+ years) in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the industrial technology, SaaS, software, or asset management sectors.

Demonstrable experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to research markets, analyze data, and translate insights into a successful strategy.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and thrive in a start-up environment.

Existing network of contacts within Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector and GCC countries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities) is a significant advantage.
