Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of the Debit Card Management System (Cortex or equivalent core card system).
Monitor system availability, uptime, and performance, ensuring uninterrupted debit card services.
Lead or support system upgrades, patches, and version releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Manage and conduct Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing for the card platform.
Handle the end-to-end debit card lifecycle, including:
Card issuance
Card activation
Card blocking and unblocking
Reissuance and replacement
Card expiry and closure
Ensure compliance with card security protocols and standards, including:
EMV
HSM operations
Cryptographic key management
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries to support operations, reporting, and incident resolution.
Use Unix/Linux commands for system monitoring, log analysis, and operational support.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system stability.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication)
Male
Strong experience with Debit Card Management Systems (Cortex or equivalent). Deep understanding of debit card lifecycle processes. Solid knowledge of card security standards: EMV, HSM, cryptographic key management. Very good hands-on experience with SQL queries. Very good working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands. Experience in BCP and DR planning and testing for mission-critical systems. Proven experience in system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
