Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Catering Business Development Officer with strong experience in the hospitality or catering industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for our catering and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote catering and hospitality services.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and institutions.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

· Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

· Prepare periodic business reports and forecasts for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Bachelor of Hotel Management, Bachelor of Business Administration, MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt

Male

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Catering, Hospitality, or Food Service Business Development.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client networks.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong understanding of catering operations, menu planning, and event coordination.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Valid driving license (preferred).
