Job Description

Dealer Network Expansion Develop and implement dealer network growth plans in alignment with brand strategy and regional market objectives. Identify and evaluate potential partners through rigorous qualification assessments.

Dealer Support & Resource Coordination

Coordinate internal and external resources to address dealer needs related to inventory, financing, and technical support. Performance Monitoring & Improvement Track and analyze dealer performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, inventory levels, customer satisfaction). Conduct regular evaluations and design improvement initiatives.

Channel Compliance & Brand Standards

Implement and manage the brand’s channel management system. Ensure dealer compliance with pricing policies, marketing activities, and customer service standards.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights

Gather market and competitor channel data to provide actionable insights that support strategy adjustments and strengthen market positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any GCC National, Saudi Arabian, Any European National

Bachelor of Business Administration

Any

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Proficiency in English.

1–3 years of experience in channel operations or retail management. Familiarity with premium channel operations is preferred.

Strong capability in channel development and business negotiation, with the ability to independently manage partnership discussions.

Proficient in basic data analysis (Excel, CRM tools) with the ability to identify operational issues through channel data.

Valid C1 or higher driver’s license. Able to adapt to frequent site visits and short-term travel across cities.
