Job Description
Prepare and cook fast-food meals according to approved recipes and standards.
Develop and innovate new recipes to enhance the menu and stay ahead of market trends.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Manage inventory and control waste to optimize costs.
Train new team members on procedures and hygiene standards.

Any GCC National, Any CIS National, Any Anglophone National, Any European National
Diploma(Hotel Management)
Any
Proven experience in fast-food restaurants (minimum 3 years).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and improve recipes while maintaining consistency.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Food safety certifications (preferred).
