Expertly manage the tandoor oven, maintaining optimal temperature and skillfully cooking various meats, breads, and vegetables to perfection.
Develop and execute innovative menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and modern culinary techniques while staying true to traditional Indian flavors.
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from ingredient sourcing and inventory management to maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile

Indian

Secondary School, Intermediate School

Male

Possesses a culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution.
Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Indian and Tandoori Chef, showcasing expertise in Indian cuisine.
Exhibits a strong understanding of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
