Civil Technician (Mason Painter)

Job Description

Tile Mason and Painter required to join on immediate basis.

To carry out operations & maintenance activities – whether inspections, preventive, corrective or repair works as per the set standards and procedures for the concerned assets within the premises to ensure their timely availability, reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Inspect and repair when necessary, building wood finishes
Build when required small separation walls using wood frame
Recognize and understand different types of wood
Perform different types of wood polishing
Perform small repairs furniture in general
Perform replacement of locks, window frames…
