CNC Bending Machine Operator

Job Description

Program and operate CNC bending machines, ensuring accurate bends according to blueprints and specifications, optimizing for speed and material yield.
Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks, using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances, and make necessary adjustments.
Select and load appropriate tooling, including punches and dies, into the CNC bending machine, and maintain the tooling in optimal condition.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and reporting significant problems to maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Diploma(Mechanical)

Male

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a related field is a plus.
Possess strong understanding of bending principles, metal properties, and blueprint reading.
Proficient in operating and programming CNC bending machines, with experience in various control systems.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CNC bending machine operation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
