Job Description

The CNC Lathe Supervisor troubleshoots and operates as needed across multiple machines. Consistently identify and implement continuous improvements for machining and manufacturing processes.

Receive Monthly Production Plan & Assign it to the Technicians & CNC Lathe Machines. • Measures, marks, and scribe’s dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for sequent machining as necessary. • Follow up on daily Reports from the CNC lathe Machines to calculate the Achieved Production rates. • Daily Evaluation for Technicians (HSE – Production Quality – Clean work area). • Ability to read Engineering drawings, AutoCAD Drawings (2D & 3D). • Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media according to established guidelines and procedures. • Report the machine’s Malfunctions to the maintenance & work on fixing it. • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjusts machine controls as required.
