Experience/Job Description
Critical coating, lining, and Non-Metallic (FRP and other) inspection experience must be at least 5 years. Field of experience includes oil and gas, petrochemical, steel manufacturing, and others.
A thorough understanding of how to interpret inspection findings in accordance with NACE, SSPC,ASTM, ISO, API, MTI, ASME PCC-2, and other relevant standards.
Skilled in handling and troubleshooting coating/lining, Refractory and FRP inspection tools. The capacity to generate inspection reports.
Certification & Requirements
AMPP-level 2 (or equivalent) for critical coating/lining inspection, Training from MTI or an equivalent institute for FRP inspection.
For RIFP (Refractory, Insulation & Fire Proofing) Specialization*
Experience/Job Description
05 years related to job experience.
The Coating Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards.
He shall be qualified to BGas Grade 2 or (NACE) Level II Critical Coatings Certification.
Certification & Requirements
API 936 & ICorr Level ( PFP) or Equivalent, ICorr Level 2.
Educational Qualification (CPGF & RIFT):
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical or a bachelor’s degree in science.
