Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Implement safety protocols and compliance measures, ensuring a zero-accident work environment across all sites.
Lead and mentor project managers and construction teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes to secure the best resources and services for each project.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing potential risks.
Drive innovation in construction methodologies and technologies, seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are highly desirable to demonstrate commitment to industry standards.
Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure full compliance.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a major plus for international projects.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a knack for inspiring teams and driving performance under pressure.
