Construction Manager – Facade
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in facade systems to oversee and manage facade construction activities for a prestigious development in the Red Sea area. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to GCC mega-projects, and a proven track record in managing complex facade installations from design coordination through to execution and handover.
Lead and manage all on-site facade construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with facade designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of facade systems with the overall building envelope.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to facade works.
Monitor progress and performance of facade subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and contractual obligations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with international facade standards and best practices.
Resolve technical issues and interface challenges related to facade installation.
Collaborate with the project management team to forecast resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on site.

Any GCC National, Saudi Arabian, Pakistani
Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with a specialization in facade systems.
Proven experience working on large-scale projects in the GCC, preferably in coastal or high-profile developments.
Strong knowledge of facade materials (glass, aluminum, stone, GRC, etc.) and installation techniques.
Familiarity with international facade standards and local building codes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
