Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations, with a focus on pipeline integrity.
Lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and promoting professional development.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness and minimizing risks.
Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, documenting project milestones, challenges, and solutions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage and resolve any site-related issues or disputes, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and maintaining positive relationships.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams, ensuring seamless integration of designs and construction activities, and resolving any technical issues.
Champion the implementation of innovative construction techniques and technologies, driving efficiency and improving project outcomes.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, verifying compliance with industry standards and regulations, and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or overruns, and ensuring financial efficiency.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and maintaining strong working relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)

Male

Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
Prior Aramco Approval as Construction Manager
Demonstrates a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in pipeline construction management, showcasing expertise in the field. Out of which minimum 5 -7 years in Aramco Pipeline Project.
Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, or a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), demonstrating commitment to professional development.
Exhibits a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale pipeline projects from inception to completion, highlighting a history of achievement.
Possesses a deep understanding of pipeline construction methods, materials, and industry best practices, ensuring technical proficiency.
Displays strong leadership and team management skills, effectively motivating and guiding project teams towards success.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, adeptly navigating challenges and making sound judgments under pressure.
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in diverse and multicultural environments, promoting inclusivity and collaboration.
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication and report writing.
