Job Description

Manage and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms and conditions.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies.
Maintain contract files and documentation, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve contract-related issues and disputes.
Assist in developing and implementing contract templates and standard operating procedures.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, including tracking deliverables and milestones.
Prepare reports and presentations on contract status and performance.
Support the procurement team in vendor selection and evaluation processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contract management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Nationality

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)

Any

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
8+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
Knowledge of contract law and best practices in contract management.
Experience in the civil construction industry)is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
