Job Description
To prepare, draft, and revise contractual and technical documents including construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract forms, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and contractual obligations.
Prepare and develop technical drawings, layouts, and details related to contractual requirements for construction projects.
Draft and revise contract-related documents such as scope of work, technical specifications, schedules, and contractual forms.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and legal teams to translate project requirements into clear and compliant documentation.
Support the preparation of tender documents, RFIs, submittals, and as-built drawings.
Ensure all drafts are in line with contractual agreements, building codes, and industry standards.
Maintain proper documentation and revision history for all drawings and contracts.
Participate in internal reviews and client meetings to finalize contract packages.
Ensure accurate translation of contract terms into technical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
3+ years of experience in drafting within the contracting or construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document control systems.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, technical specifications, and industry regulations.
High attention to detail and precision in documentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
