Job Description
Monitor real-time operational data from SCADA systems, identifying and escalating anomalies promptly to prevent disruptions.
Execute pre-planned operational procedures and emergency response protocols, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime during critical situations.
Maintain comprehensive logs of all activities, incidents, and communications, ensuring accurate records for analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with field personnel and other departments via radio and phone, providing clear instructions and receiving updates on operational status.
Analyze incoming alarms and alerts, diagnosing the root cause and initiating corrective actions to restore normal operations.
Conduct regular system checks and performance evaluations, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Operate and maintain control room equipment, including workstations, communication systems, and display panels, ensuring optimal functionality.
Provide technical support to field technicians and other stakeholders, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Participate in training and drills to maintain proficiency in emergency response procedures and operational protocols.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of personnel and the protection of assets.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical)
Male
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
Hold relevant certifications such as a Control Room Operator certification or equivalent.
Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in a control room environment, preferably within the oil and gas, power generation, or utilities industries.
Exhibit a strong understanding of SCADA systems, automation, and process control principles.
Be proficient in using control room software and hardware, including HMI/SCADA interfaces and communication systems.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse teams.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Exhibit the ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies, with a focus on safety.
Be able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and have the physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
