● Supporting CRM campaigns and activities.
● Focusing on customer segmentation and mapping journeys.
● Leveraging knowledge of Saudi language and culture.
● Working closely with senior team members to execute plans.
Responsibilities
● Setting up and running CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
● Maintaining customer databases and updating segmentation lists.
● Tracking and analyzing campaign performance and customer behaviors.
● Assisting in optimizing customer journeys based on data insights.
● Communicating in both Arabic and English.
● Preparing simple reports on campaign results.;

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
● Some experience in CRM or marketing roles is a plus. Experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, Braze, Klavio, etc.
● Strong understanding of Arabic language and cultural nuances.
● Basic skills in data analysis and segmentation tools.
