Job Description

Client Relationship Management
• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism • Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and rescheduling smoothly • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and service needs
Experience Enhancement
• Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client journey—from arrival to departure • Offer personalized service and guide clients through treatment options • Address client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
Sales & Upselling Support
• Promote services and packages based on client needs • Collaborate with the sales team to improve client conversions and retention • Maintain in-depth knowledge of treatments and current promotions
Operational Excellence
• Coordinate with reception, nurses, and doctors for seamless workflow • Ensure timely documentation and accurate client records in CRM systems • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction KPIs
Brand Representation
• Uphold the clinic’s premium image through appearance, language, and tone • Collect reviews and encourage client testimonials and referrals • Participate in events, open days, and marketing campaigns as needed
Desired Candidate Profile

Saudi Arabian

Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts

Female

Experience:

Bachelor Degree is a MUST
2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or clinic front desk (aesthetics preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Social media knowledge (a plus)
Language:
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) •
Personality:
Friendly, confident, very well-presented, and client-focused
Other:
Female preferred (due to client profile)
Must have valid residency or be eligible for a work visa in Saudi Arabia
