Job Description

Inbound & Service Processing

Receive and process inbound shipments, including handling service tags and related documentation.

Ensure accurate recording of inbound details in warehouse and CFS systems.

Service Scheduling & Execution

Plan, schedule, and execute CFS activities in line with customer requirements.

Perform value-added services (VAS) such as bundling, labeling, repacking, kitting, and other customer-specific tasks.

Systems & Tools Usage

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and CFS tools to manage and track activities.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry to maintain visibility and reporting.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to align workflows and priorities.

Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and partners to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth service delivery.
