Job Description

As a Customer Insights and Data Manager, you will analyze and interpret customer data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer experiences. You will develop insights that inform marketing strategies, improve sales performance, and foster customer loyalty. By leveraging data analytics, you will support the organization in understanding customer behavior and trends to promote growth and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Market Research Conduct studies to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and campaign responses

Customer Insights Analysis Analyze data to identify trends and share actionable insights with marketing, CRM, and sales teams

Customer Segmentation Create and refine customer segmentation models for targeted marketing efforts

Reporting & Dashboards Develop user-friendly dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders

Technology Utilization Implement advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets

Required Skills to Be Successful

5-7 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods sectors

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g, Tableau, Power BI)

Knowledge of customer behavior theories and practices, including segmentation and targeting

About the Team

You will be part of the Customer & Strategy team, working closely with marketing, CRM, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights. Your role will influence strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
