Job Description

In the capacity of Senior Data Architect & Modeler, you will be responsible for the overall data architecture design and management needed for the reporting, decision making, and data presentation of the organization. You will be required to combine data from several sources such as SAP, SharePoint, Lists, and APIs and work with business users for their requirements. Also, you will use your experience to build strong and scalable databases to meet the needs of the organization and ensure analytics and reporting can be conducted appropriately.

Database Architecture and Modeling along with developing ETL Pipelines for seamless data integration
Implement and design scalable and secured data architectures tailored to the specified organizational requirements.
Support business strategies by developing and maintaining data models such as conceptual, logical, and physical.
Keep databases in best practices by ensuring they satisfy the set performance standards.
Facilitate data model development by liaising with stakeholders that outline and interpret data requirements.
SQL & Power BI Server Management

Configure, install and maintain SQL server databases to ensure high performance that is both reliable and available at all times.
Design, optimize, test and develop advanced SQL procedures like triggers, schedule procedures and complex queries.
Oversee and implement strategies necessary for data backup and recovery in case of a disaster.
Ensure all databases are tuned and performant meaning that all queries execute as expected.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Server, Power BI
Proficiency in languages such as Python & SQL
Familiarity with data warehousing and data mining techniques.
Must be familiar with API connectivity
