The Design Manager – Projects is responsible for managing the design aspects of specific projects, ensuring that design solutions meet client expectations and project requirements. This role involves overseeing design teams, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that designs are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the design process for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Lead design reviews and ensure that all design work meets quality and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Supervise design teams, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.
• Prepare and submit design reports and documentation to project stakeholders.

Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture)
Any
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or related fields.
7+ years of experience in design management.
Strong understanding of project design processes and requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino) and engineering tools (SAP2000, STAADPro).
Familiarity with facade specific tools like SketchUp, BIM, and facade engineering software.
