Spearhead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to drive brand awareness and achieve lead generation targets.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Oversee the planning, budgeting, and allocation of resources for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient utilization of marketing spend.
Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and agencies, negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, showcasing extensive industry expertise.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that have delivered measurable results, indicating a history of achievement.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics, reflecting broad knowledge.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations, emphasizing analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, highlighting soft skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, showcasing leadership abilities.
