Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the ICU and ER nursing departments, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff in critical care settings, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and assess nursing performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
Oversee the nursing budget for ICU and ER, ensuring effective resource allocation while maintaining quality care.
Desired Candidate Profile

Any European National, Any Anglophone National, American (US), South African

Bachelor of Science(Nursing)

Female

Education: Master’s degree in nursing or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in critical care (ICU/ER), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Licensure: Current nursing license in Saudi Arabia is preferred and relevant certifications (e.g., CCRN, CEN).
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage complex clinical situations effectively.
