Job Description
Manage the receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution of all project documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, reports).
– Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.
– Control document revisions, ensuring latest versions are distributed to stakeholders.
– Assist in preparing transmittals, logs, and registers for project documentation.
– Coordinate with engineers/architects to verify document accuracy and completeness.
– Ensure adherence to ISO or project-specific document control procedures.
– Archive completed project files and maintain metadata for easy retrieval.
– Support audits by providing requested documentation promptly.

– Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction/engineering projects.
– Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar).
– Strong knowledge of construction documentation (drawings, specs, contracts).
– Familiarity with file-naming conventions and version control protocols.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
