1-3years of hands-on experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing roles, ideally within a retail environment.
Proven track record of driving online sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and data analysis.
Creative mindset with a passion for eCommerce trends and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
