Electrical Engineer – Mandatory Experience in SEC Unified Contract

Job Description

Supervise and manage all electrical works in accordance with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Unified Contract.

• Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with SEC standards.

• Coordinate with SEC representatives, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.

• Manage contractual documentation, claims, variations, and progress invoices.

• Monitor project schedule, ensure quality control, and address technical issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit periodic progress and technical reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Arab National

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication)

Male

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

• 10–15 years of proven experience in electrical projects, with direct involvement in the SEC Unified Contract (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of SEC contractual procedures, terms, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in project management and engineering software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD Electrical).

• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
